Hi Sue,
I just thought I'd e-mail to let you know the new Gedi with extra paddling probably saved my life on Sunday!!
I was actually using it while mountain biking. I came off my bike when a sharp right turn approached too fast on a gravel surface. I was doing about 50km/hr - 30mph when I hit a ditch and I eventually hit my head on a rock.

The helmet absorbed the impact very well. It was comfortable the entire time. I must say hats off to
you guys. I love it and have total confidence in it now after that crash. I was always wondering if they'd
hold up to an impact like this while steep creeking. I've answered that question for myself:) I wasn't
injured at all. My friends couldn't believe I didn't break my neck or get hurt at all!! I was told it was a
very spectacular crash. Too bad I don't have it on tape:)

My friends also couldn't believe
1. the helmet was not broken and
2. I didn't break my neck or have any concussion.
The padding in that helmet felt great I must say!
It looks bad on my behalf wearing your helmets while out biking I know, but that Gedi was so comfortable and light weight I figured it would do until I got a full face helmet when I can afford it.
